New Addition to Lyman Davidson Dooley    
  Caylee Griner    
  Caylee joined Lyman Davidson Dooley in September 2017 as a Designer in the Tampa, Florida office. She has over four (4) years of architectural design experience and graduated from Auburn University in 2014. Caylee is a member of the American Institute of Architecture. In her role at LDD, she will provide production design utilizing Revit and Autocad.   Griner Caylee
  Hyo Jae Lee    
  Hyo Jae joined Lyman Davidson Dooley June 2016. She obtained her Master’s degree in Architecture in 2016 from the University of Kentucky. She received a B.S. degree in Architecture with High Honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Georgia Institute of Technology. Hyo Jae joined LDD as an Architectural Intern where she works with the Education and Healthcare Studios.

  Natoya “Toya” Bowen    
  Toya joined Lyman Davidson Dooley in November 2016 as an intern interior designer. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta. She graduated with high honors (Summa Cum Laude). Toya provides production design for the Interior Design Studio utilizing Revit and Autocad.

  Stacy joined Lyman Davidson Dooley May 2016. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with an Art Minor from Western Carolina University. As an Interior Designer, Stacy provides production design utilizing Revit and Autocad.

  Tabitha joined Lyman Davidson Dooley August 2016 as a production designer for the Government Studio. She is a graduate from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University) with a Bachelors of Architecture.

Camper Cabin at Fort Yargo State Park

Lyman Davidson Dooley provided architectural and interior services on this project that involved
the creation of a new group of ten cabins on a ridge overlooking the lake at Ft. Yargo State Park in
Winder, Georgia. The camper cabin is the result of a new prototype that LDD developed working
with the DNR staff for a more economical solution for new park lodging. The layout for the cabin
was developed so that they could be produced by a pre-manufactured housing supplier or could
be built from the ground up. The design utilizes simple but durable materials such as cement
board siding outside and drywall with beadboard wainscoting inside. Large screened porches were
added to the basic cabin on-site to provide views of the woods and lake below. For more

Kennesaw State University Dining Hall - LEED Gold Certification

The Kennesaw State University New Dining Hall was awarded LEED Gold Certification under
the LEED New Construction rating system, version 2.2. This includes 4(of 5 possible) points
in the Water Efficiency category, 12(of 15 possible) points in the Indoor Environmental Quality
category and 5(of 5 possible) points in the Innovation & Design Process category. Water use
was reduced by 45% and the proposed design of the building generates a 17% cost savings
for energy use. To date, this is the largest LEED Gold certified Dining Hall in the country; the
total building area is approxmately 50,000sf.

Go Fish - LEED Certification

The Georgia State Department of Natural Resources Headquarters Building for the Division of
Wildlife Resources has received a Gold Certification under the LEED, U.S. Green Building Council
rating system.  The project received 40 points out of the 41 points that were submitted including
4 points for Innovation in Design. Congratulations to the Government Studio of the LDD Atlanta
office for designing this project including Ben Starks, Jonathan Gibbs, Frank Lyle (LEED AP),
and Jessica Lawrence.  
Selections of the critical LEED certified interior finishes were provided by Louise Labus, Principal
and Director of our Interior Design Studio

Krista Igou (Atwell), AIA, LEED AP, BD+C
Lyman Davidson Dooley, Inc. is pleased to announce that Krista G. Igou (Atwell), LEED® AP BD+C has recently passed all divisions of the Architect Registration Examination and completed all requirements to become a licensed architect. She is a Project Manager and LEED Administrator for Lyman Davidson Dooley’s Education Studio in Atlanta, Georgia. She has over nine (9) years of related experience, seven (7) of those years with Lyman Davidson Dooley. She has a Master of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology, and is a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction.
